JOB DESCRIPTON:
New England Wire Products (NEWP) is seeking a confident and highly motivated individual looking
for an opportunity with great career and compensation potential as Business Development Executive
with experience in the Supermarket front end merchandising category. Other merchandising sales
experience is desired with the position focus being on additional opportunities outside of the front end
category. This person will be energetic, disciplined, career focused, and present themselves in a
professional manner at all times. You must be able to work alone and as part of a team dedicated to
the growth of our business. This person will be compensated at a higher than industry average and
be given the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a great industry working with
global leaders in retail and manufactured goods.

This job will require the qualified candidate to identify customer display and Point-of- Purchase (POP)
merchandising needs in the expansion of business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
The duties may include but are not limited to:

• Increasing sales volume and expanding business with existing customers
• Establishing new business opportunities through phone calls, email communications, and market research
• Attending product review meetings with customers and providing accurate reports on next steps needed for closing business opportunities
• Achieving goals set by Sr. Management
• Assembly of company products in the display and POP category
• Travel when required (25 – 40%) to customer and NEWP corporate locations
• Provide A+ customer service and project management on a daily basis
• Provide daily updates on customers and projects using a web-based CRM application
• Work with Engineering, Prototyping, and Production teams at our company owned facilities to ensure projects meet customer’s expectations

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 5+ years of Point of Purchase display sales/account management experience
• Possess the ability to work independently and stay focused
• Manage multiple projects and tasks
• Basic computer literacy in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Positive attitude

We are seeking a top notch Customer Service Associate to support our operations and customer service teams.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in an energetic fast paced environment, and must be able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and have superb communication, prioritization and organizational skills. The position requires a “jack-of- all-trades” who can roll-up their sleeves and assist with various components of business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

• Answer incoming phones
• Tracking of shipments via Excel
• Coordinate logistics for shipping of products
• Produce paperwork for our orders
• Input quotes into our systems
• Interact with clients and other executives.

JOB DESCRIPTON:

• Develop Point of purchase displays from renderings, sketches, and/or notes
• Design and Engineer within Autodesk Inventor
• Generate detailed drawings for Production & Prototyping following ASME/GD&T standards
• Work with prototype team developing new ideas. Document revisions/changes.
• Communicate with the Sales team to ensure that the customers’ expectations are met
• Manage multiple projects from inception to production

EDUCATION:

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Must have experience with Autodesk Inventor
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred (sheet metal, tubing, & wire)
• Strong interest in learning the custom manufacturing business
• Competence in AutoCAD a plus
• Knowledge of CAM, NC code, and/or ap100 a plus
• Knowledge of ilogic or Visual Basic a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTON:
This is a very fast-paced environment with dynamic, high-energy, and hardworking individuals dedicated to producing a quality product.  This person would work with a variety of departments like engineering, purchasing, production floor, and shipping department for both first and second shifts  As well as powder coating, welding, turret and laser cutter, mesh welding, CNC wire forming, and shipping departments.

• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
